Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use IQ Power. If you do not meet this requirement, do not download or use the app.
Purpose of the app
IQ Power provides puzzles, brain games, self-reflection activities, and informational results for entertainment and general wellness purposes.
License and acceptable use
Tavlume grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use IQ Power in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the app unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights; or
- circumvent security or access controls.
Intellectual property
IQ Power, its original artwork, interface, puzzles, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Tavlume and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve IQ Power. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IQ Power is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the app and reliance on its results are at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tavlume will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use IQ Power.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
